Hönö Klåva is a vibrant archipelago port all year round where there is a large selection of shops, restaurants & cafes. With a free car ferry from Lilla Varholmen you can get here all day and all night.
With us there is proximity to salty baths, relaxing walks along the cliffs or the opportunity to explore our ten islands on your own by bike. We are open all year round and offer different types of packages that belong to the season. We also offer unique conference packages in our beautiful archipelago environment.

From Gothenburg City, take road 155 via Hisingen towards Torslanda to reach the ferry terminal on Lilla Varholmen. Follow signs for Öckerö. From the ferry terminal Lilla Varholmen there is a regular free car ferry to Hönö and one to Björkö. Choose the file towards Hönö/Öckerö.
When you drive ashore, you are on Hönö, take a left at the first roundabout and drive south as far as possible.
By bus it takes about 1 hour. Travel with the Red “Röd” Express from Gothenburg to Lilla Varholmen and then get on the free yellow ferry towards Öckerö / Hönö. Arriving at Hönö Färjeläge then change to Bus 2 which runs to the stop Hönö Klåva (via Fotö).
Take the passenger boat Kungsö from Gothenburg City. Daily tours during the summer. Extra tours during special events.
Come here by sail or motorboat and dock in Klåva’s guest harbor.
There are nice bike paths all the way from Gothenburg and you can also rent a bike on the islands.
Parking
Do you need to park your car? We have 8 parking spots just outside the hotel, including an electric car charging central. Let us know how many you need in advance.
Cost SEK 200 / day. The time that applies is 15.00 – 11.00, the same as check-in and check-out.
You can also find free parking 300 metres from the hotel. Parking in the harbor area, maximum 3h with parking disc.
